Every child is different and the books they enjoy vary. Thankfully then, for parents wanting to introduce their children to the Bible, there is a vast amount of choice to suit them.

The Beginner’s Bible for Toddlers offers an indestructible, illustrated look at the key stories, in easy language the age group will understand.

My very first Bible stories gives longer accounts in a larger book, told through rhyme and beautiful, intricate pictures and feels a little more grown up.

When children start school and begin to learn their letters, perhaps My ABC of Bible verses will be a good choice for both education and faith development. Each letter gives a new verse to learn, with pictures to show how children today can relate to these words written so long ago. All these books have thick, sturdy pages and a padded cover making them highly durable with children of any age.

Children who love hands-on activities will love My Very First Noah’s Ark Playtime. Plenty of opportunities to get messy are included in the craft and recipes pages, and stickers are included to help children illustrate the story for themselves; perfect for a rainy day.

For the more careful though, there is My Pop-up Bible Stories. Intricate, moving parts bring to life the stories that children love most. These are briefly told, with Bible references given so as to be able to read the full account. With all the fun and colour these books hold, children of every age will love their first experiences of the Bible.

And finally, a special gift for those who love online games. Moshi Monsters is a popular, online game that teaches children through educational games while looking after their own ‘monsters’. It has been phenomenally successful and there are magazines, toys and gaming cards to collect. Now there is a new Moshi watch, complete with a charm. There are six different Moshi Monster watches, each provided with 1 Monster and 1 Moshling Charm. The watch bracelet holds a total of 5 charms, plus the watch face. Bright and colourful, they will be treasured by all fans of the Moshi site. They are available for £14.99 from http://www.moshiwatch.com/products/watches/
