The Bishop of London, the Rt Rev Richard Chartres, opened the new Gateway Centre at The Guild Church of St Martin within Ludgate last week. Supporters of the church, including representatives of livery companies, local firms and charities, joined the congregation to give thanks and celebrate the new facility. The Gateway Centre has been created to serve the working community in the City – the neighbours of the church – by providing affordable counselling.
